4. Intellectual Property

Any materials you submit remain your intellectual property. However, by participating in our program, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for internal evaluation and promotion (with your consent).

5. Limitations

We do not guarantee investment outcomes, business success, or third-party funding. Our role is to guide, mentor, and support—but results depend on your execution and the market.

6. Changes

HMCorp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
